It’s time to get festive!

The holidays are quickly approaching and it’s time to start planning your themes for the season. I’m reusing my navy and metallics from last year, and upgrading them to an ultra lux garland for my dinning room table. This glamorous navy blue garland with mixed metals and lush eucalyptus is a stunning combination that works for both the fall and winter holiday season. The lux metallics offer the sparkle and shine, while the natural pops of greenery from the eucalyptus and frosted silver dollar garland help counterbalance with natural tones. And the navy blue florals, those are our statement wow pieces!
Many thanks to Shop Wild Things for sending me so many beautiful elements to work with to make this look happen.

Don’t you just love that gold riser with the amber chandelier resting on top? All Shop Wild Things!
I love playing with the mixed florals that are so unexpected and yet work so beautifully together. Having the pops of that fresh green from the frosted silver dollar eucalyptus garland and sprays really help add dimension and contrast to the heavy metallics and darker navy florals.

If I lived somewhere that had a mantle over a fireplace, or even a nice staircase, I’d use this garland to adorn them! The making of this garland is so universal. You can use it for a centerpiece garland like I did or use it for a backdrop garland for photo walls, an altar, hang the garland over a mantle, and so many more creative ideas. Your only limit is your imagination on what color combination do you want, and where are you putting it!
Take a look at what it looks like just as a garland, without the full tablescape:

Though I do love all my secondhand plates and glassware! They add such character to the tablescape. I love scouring my local thrift stores and estate sales for unique items like these textured green plates:

This fresh take on holiday decor is sure to be a hit in your home this holiday season. Let me show you how I made this garland:
