Happy Halloween! Why not put your awesome fandom collection to good use and make a Harry Potter inspired tablescape for Halloween. This is a perfect way to put together a great last-minute table decor look using items you already have!
Thankfully most of these items I either had on hand from past creations in my 2017 tablescape challenge (like my LED candles and potion jars from my glowing potion tree) or I had on hand…because I’m a Harry Potter fan. I bet you have more Harry Potter stuff in your house than you realize!
For example, I reused my potion bottles and LED candles, had the books on hand, add a few little candles, accents, and the place mats – those took me less than 5 minutes to make! Semi inspired by the marauders map, these were made by simply spray painting flat canvas panels with chalkboard spray paint. Dries quickly, and looks awesome! For $4 I’d say it was COMPLETELY worth the few extra minutes making them.
I got my Rust-oleum chalkboard spray paint from my local store.
Simple, easy, and perfect for a last-minute Halloween get together. You can never go wrong with Harry Potter party decor!
