I just wanted to share my most recent pictures of my favorite pizza with you!!
You may remember the post from last month about my yummy Broccoli Pizza with garlic, mozzarella and pepperoni. By popular request, I made it again here at home! This is a great recipe that is pretty simple as far as pizza making goes, and it is actually pretty healthy! This have very little oil and grease, and is really a perfect dinner for any night of the week. It also holds quite good in the fridge if I do say so myself!
This time around, I put some of the cheese on both the bottom of the pizza (after the spices and garlic were down to lock in the flavor) and then a light sprinkle of cheese on the top once everything else was done.
